Roasted crispy bean snack...Protein overload

  • 1 cup of beans
  • 1tbsp of coconut oil
  • ½ tsp of coconut oil for roasting(optional)
  • 1 tsp of chili powder
  • 1tsp of cumin
  • 1tsp of coriander
  • salt to taste
  1. Wash and place the beans in a pot, boil until aldente(not too soft and not too hard)(please watch the beans so as not to over cook because you do not want it too soft)
  2. toss the beans in the seasonings including the 1tbsp of the coconut oil.
  3. spread the beans on a non stick baking sheet and sprinkle the remaining 1tsp of coconut oil over it; then place it in the oven at 300-375 degrees for about 15-20minutes or until the beans is crispy and viola!
