1 bottle of bbq sauce (about 18 oz) (honey or hickory smoked preferable)
1tsp Cameroon pepper
½ tsp. black pepper
½ tsp curry powder
½tsp dry thyme
1 garlic clove(grated)
½ inch ginger (grated)
Instructions
wash and pat chicken dry. Season with salt, bouillon cubes and the oil. Cover and let it sit in the fridge for about 1-12 hours
To make the sauce, pour all the bbq sauce into a large bowl and mix in all the ingredients listed for the sauce and let it rest
Pour the sauce into the chicken; making sure the sauce covers each drumstick
Crank up the oven between 350- 375degrees, line a baking sheet with parchment paper (if you do not have parchment paper, you may just use a non stick oven tray or what ever you have. You may use your grill if you have one)
Grill the chicken in the lined pan for about 25-30 minutes (depending on the temperature used) or until juices run clear. Sprinkle on some sesame seeds and serve.
