Cut yam into small sized pieces; then wash and boil until soft
Drain water and mash into a smooth paste while adding the milk. Or you may use a food processor
Add the ingredients and seasonings, whip the mashed yam some more and serve. You may serve with melted butter, spring onions and a sprinkle of cameroon pepper or any chili flakes

You may use any kind of potatoes for this recipe
