Pineapple, Mango and Coconut Drink and Popsicles

  • 1 medium ripe to a very ripe mango(peeled and cut into chunks. freezing is optional)
  • half of a ripe pineapple (cut into chunks and frozen overnight)
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • juice of half of an orange
  • 1 tsp of honey(optional)
  • ¼cup of rum(optional)
  1. Pour all the ingredients into a blender or a food processor and blend. Pour into a glass and serve chilled with some mint leaves.
  2. You may also pour it into a popsicle maker along with some chunks of fruits and freeze overnight
