Ingredients
  • 2-3 cups cooked ayamase
  • 6 small to medium sized potatoes. Peeled and boiled
  • 6 large Roti or soft Tortilla shells
Instructions
  1. Bring Ayamase to a simmer in a sauce pan for about 5minutes
  2. Add the potatoes and turn the heat to low.
  3. Let it soak in the sauce for about 5 minutes. set aside, load the Roti, wrap and enjoy.
  4. Another method is to make the Ayamase from scratch, add the raw potatoes and let it cook along with the stew and soak in the juices of the sauce.
