This dish can be for a Vegan/Vegetarian as well as for the meat lovers
  • 1½ cups of beans
  • Cooking spray or light butter
  • One small onion
  • 1tsp of crayfish(optional)
  • Half a pack of Knorr seasoning(optional)
  • 1 egg(optional, depending on if you are a vegetarian or not)
  • salt to taste
  • 1tbsp of dry grinded pepper
  1. Soak beans for about 10 minutes and wash by either pulsing in a blender or rubbing the beans against both palms and draining out the skin.
  2. These days (according 9jafoodie)You do not have to wash the beans. You can just soak and blend it until smooth using red or brown beans. Most nutrients are in the skin anyway
  3. After washing the beans, blend it with all the ingredients (except the cooking spray or butter) until smooth. Pour in a mixing bowl and season with salt. With making crepes, it doesn't matter when the salt is added
  4. Heat up a non stick pan and if you doubt that your pan will not stick; then you may add some cooking spray or light butter and using a tbsp measure, pour the batter into the pan to make the mini pancakes. Flip after about 2 minutes and fry the other side until done and slightly golden brown. For the crepes, use a ¼ cup measure and poured it into the pan. Slightly move the pan around to spread the batter. Flip after two minutes and set on a paper towel to drain any oil. Repeat this process until the batter is used up. For the quesadillas, place whatever your fillings are on to one side of the crepes and fold; then cut with a knife or pizza cutter and serve.
